YOUR LAW DEGREE IS CHANGING

This year the ANU College of Law is conducting an LLB Renewal, focusing on skills, teaching and learning, program structure and quality assurance.

There are going to be changes to courses, feedback methods, assessment structures and your law degree as a whole. The renewal process will happen over the next couple of years, with changes starting to be implemented from Semester 1, 2011.

Currently the college is still examining relationships between skills, assessment, flexibility and review processes in the ANU LLB. Once the information is gathered the college will start putting in place policies to improve your law degree.

The ANU LSS President and Vice-President (Education) are sitting in on the meetings conducted by the college, alongside ANUSA Law Faculty Reps, and will ensure student participation throughout the renewal.

Throughout the process, we'll keep you in touch. Join the facebook page to get updates, make sure you've subscribed to the LSS E-briefs, fill out our feedback form, and keep checking this website for more information.

As your representatives, we want to get your feedback and help shape the future of the LLB. At the moment we have a short (only 23 quick questions!) survey for you to fill out, and through participation you go in the draw to win a shiny new IPOD NANO. It covers areas directly related to the renewal such as skills, assessment, flexibility, quality assurance and experience at law school.
